OLIGN API TERMS

These terms are between Olewave, LLC ("we") and you. By creating an account or using an Olign API key, you agree to them. If you use Olign for your employer, you agree on its behalf and confirm you're able to.

1. Your data

We process the audio and text you send only to return your result. Audio, transcripts and results are deleted within 24 hours of the request finishing. We never use them to train models, and we share them with no one except the hosting and network providers that run the service for us, or where the law requires. We keep account, usage and payment records (such as email, request IDs, audio duration, timestamps, credits used, and your card's brand and last four digits) for billing, support and security. To have us investigate a result, send us the file; we can't retrieve it once it's deleted. A file you send us to investigate a result is used only for that investigation and to fix what it finds.

You confirm you have the rights to what you send, including any consent needed from the people recorded.

2. Your results

Publish whatever you find, including comparisons with other systems. Please name the model version you tested.

3. Use

Olign is in beta: no uptime, accuracy or support commitments. Free credits are for evaluation. Purchased credits may be used for any lawful purpose; for production commitments, contact us. Don't reverse engineer the service, resell the API on its own, share your key, or send unlawful content.

4. Credits and payment

New accounts receive free credits, and adding a card adds more, once per person, organization and card. Adding a card doesn't charge it; you're charged only when you buy credits, including through auto-recharge if you turn it on, which you can turn off at any time in your dashboard. Prices are shown in your dashboard, and changes are announced there before they apply. Failed requests aren't charged. Credits don't expire while your account is open and aren't refundable except where the law requires. We may withdraw free credits obtained by abuse. Payments are processed by Stripe; we never see your card number.

5. As-is

The service is provided as-is, without warranty. Our liability to you is limited to what you've paid us in the 12 months before a claim, or $100, whichever is greater.

6. Feedback

We may use your suggestions and bug reports freely. That gives us no rights to your confidential information or your data.

7. Changes and ending

We may update these terms or the beta with notice in your dashboard or by email; continuing to use the service means you accept the update. You can close your account at any time. We may suspend accounts that break these terms.
